CartoFront Partners with Royal Palm Coast Realtor’s Association to Simplify Flood Insurance
Ft. Myers, FL (March 1, 2022) – Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association (RPCRA) has partnered with CartoFront to bring its leading technology platform to simplify flood insurance for its 9,000 Realtor® members.
As a free, easy-to-use tool that is integrated directly within every MLS listing, CartoFront offers near- instantaneous flood insurance estimates for Realtor® members and their clients.
With a click of the CartoFront “raindrop” from within any Single Family Residential, Condo, and Townhome listing, Royal Palm Coast Realtor® members will receive a directionally accurate flood zone determination and estimated public (FEMA) and private flood insurance options.
“We know from the data that a high percentage of all Royal Palm Coast Association property listings are on FEMA Flood Zones and will require flood insurance,” Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association Director of MLS Jeff White said.
White continues, “Given the April 1 renewal date on all FEMA flood insurance policies, and a projected 80% of the prices due to go up from the new FEMA Risk Rating 2.O pricing model, our market needs CartoFront’s reliable flood insurance quoting platform and education.”
